2.User Information Collection and Usage Policy-

When you register on WE THE PEOPLE, the following information is collected from you for registering you as a user of the app

2. Mobile number

3. Email Id

4. Profile Picture

5. Gender

6. Occupation

7. Address

• The Mobile number that you provide, will be used to send you a one time password for you to authenticate yourself and register on WE THE PEOPLE.

• Your registered mobile number will be used to locate your record from the database.

The personal information collected from you at the time of registration under Clause 2 above, will be stored securely and only be used by CSPL.

1. The registered mobile number and email address may be used by CSPL to send OTP as SMS.

2. All personal information collected from you under Clause 2 above at the time of registration will be retained for as long as your account remains in existence

3. All personal information collected under Clause 2 above will be retained on the server which is hosted at a cloud service provider.

4. All personal information collected under Clause 2 above will be removed from the server if you delete / remove your account from WE THE PEOPLE.

5. As a registered user, you have the right to access your profile at any time.

6. You will be able to modify your email address through the WE THE PEOPLE app at any time.

7. You can delete / remove your account from WE THE PEOPLE at any time that you may choose. Once your account is successfully deleted, your Personal Information submitted to BIND will be removed from the WE THE PEOPLE database. Deletion of your account will result in your withdrawal of consent to use your Personal Information, from the time that you have successfully deleted your account.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure-

We will not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties without your consent. We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. However, we may share your information in the following cases:

• With your consent.

• To comply with legal obligations.

• In the event of a business transfer or acquisition.
